Did I destroyed my screen?

hello! iphone 5 dirty , used wet wipe give clean. did before , nothing ever happened.

strange did! in top left corner of display, there brighter triangle, 90 degrees angle in corner, , upper late across signal bars. it's lot noticeable if change viewing angle or rotate phone bit.

perpendicularly don't notice if don't see exact spot. tried turn off , on device , didn't disappear. think hardware problem.

it's strange! iphone didn't have problems when forgot under rain!!!

need apple support fix it? how make me pay? not in warranty anymore!!!
