Gap between hardware and display

this goes out white apple device users, can comment on here.

far have known, apple devices have black border around display , faceplate (dead space)

think border potentially shrink time come (in future devices?)

sure hope ;););)

think happen?

thats concepts have last 5 years or so, edge edge display without "dead space". matter of time when apple pulls trigger.
