iPhone 6 + iPad Mini retina = perfect combo?

instead of getting 6+?

me (key term there me) 6+ big used phone , small tablet needs. 6 right size coming galaxy s4 user. envious of giant phone screens maybe it's time tablet , mini giant version of iphone 5s right? there difference between 6 , mini long separate out phone/camera stuff use 6?
 

great combo not perfect. perfect 1 iphone 6 , ipad air. (and rmbp 15" @ desk :p)
