Moto X longer support than Nexus 4?

just curious how guys think is? google typically supports phones 18-24 months. galaxy nexus dropped 4.3 after 20 months , nexus s dropped 4.1.2 after 21 months. nexus 4 approaching 2 years old in november , motorola's recent track record providing fast, guaranteed updates (my moto x got 4.4.3 day after released , got kikat before nexus 4), how see moto x surpass nexus 4 official support? thought interesting.
 

unlikely. nexus 4 shares same (similar) internals 2013 n7. besides n4 uses 1 of newer qualcomm processors. nexus 4 upgraded 5.0 , beyond.
