Pre-order with shipping to US address, but with foreign debit card

hey guys,
don't live in us, friend in nc. she's coming europe on 9/22 thinking pre-order iphone , let shipped staying address. however, don't have credit or debit card. able pre-order phone, i've got confirmation e-mail , everything, here thing.
suppose payment won't proceed on day d, pre-order useless me, right? thought system not let me enter european debit card different billing info.
think? should cancel pre-order...
