Terminal command to find what process downloads/uploads at what speed

know of terminal command, allows me see, processes download , upload @ speeds?

seem remember having done such thing years ago, search-fu leaving me behind.

use nettop command check per-application network activity in os x

yep, not work on brothers late 2008 macbook running 10.6.8:

i connected via teamviewer, seeing constant download speed of 1.0 mb/s , upload speed of 45 kb/s, applications except activity monitor , finder , terminal closed.

tried istat menus 4, shows processes downloading most, not on machine, due older os or older hardware.

yupp, nettop not included in mac os x 10.6 snow leopard.
try hands @ handsoff, dtrace command seems bit convoluted right now.

keep me updated , see how system automerges.
