To restore or not to restore, that is the question

ive posted restoring mbp before never end doing it. im kind of fed poor battery life. i've been 1 battery 58 minutes after full charge , im down 78%. backlit keyboard off , brightness set 'refer pic'. things ive been doing since unplugging surf tech sites , watch 2-3 videos. guys recommend do?
