Why the hell does my iPhone storage keep getting filled even w/ NOTHING on my phone?

i mean, @ screenshot below.

- never had apps
- never had music
- never had voice memos
- 2 pictures (1 of being screenshot uploaded here)
- never signed apple i.d.
- on 7.1.2 no update in background

nothing @ on phone take space.

when first turned on phone had 600mb used out of 12+gb available... now, says 1.3gb have been used though have downloaded or put single thing on phone :confused:

why hell ios keep downloading **** in background , lowering available storage memory? don't care 1.3gb far, i'm more worried how know when stop, if ever? , hell device downloading in background i'm unaware of?
