software download gone wrong?

i have macbook pro. i've had year now. everythings been running smoothly until decided down load software called mac os x utilities version 1.0 (33) downloaded software & installed it. reset computer , weird start up, i've never seen before on screen. asking me "enter system lock pin code unlock mac" & it's 6 digit numeric code. in tool bar has apple logo, mac os x utilities tab, file, edit, utilities, , window tab. click on tabs & try click on option within tabs & nothings working. there's no way around screen. can me please?

where did download from?

looks got caught , installed ransomeware.
