ATT phone transfer from brothers line to mine?

im not sure if theres spot find want know. there special have phone preordered.. on brothers line, not mine. didn't have upgrade used on at&t, permission. there need do, or sign in phone , start actual phone? on process great, thanks.
 

you either need call att or go store. better go store in opinion. sim registered line upgraded activating deactivate current sim.

did cross upgrade , took guy @ store 5 minutes. didn't want risk deactivating mom's phone went in. call att , accomplish same thing. there mention switch sim cards not sure. att reps no
