Preordering on the VZW website

what info ask when preordering iphone, or other device, on vzw site? tried log in , able so, , says i'm eligible upgrade. i'm paying credit card obviously. problem i'm on account person we're both listed "account managers" on account. told other day customer service when called in change plan able make decisions on account well. i've done homework , planned ahead smooth transaction. transaction have done online or can call vzw's customer service line , tower way @ midnight friday?
 

usually vzw customer service operates 7 11 pm. unless have technical issues or stolen phone. best bet use web site.
