Cache Server not serving

does have writeups how caching server works?

have 44 gb in cache, , have tested install of app machine , slow... looks downloads internet.

write-ups how system works?
both machines on same vlan.

seemed yesterday install happened quick today not much.
yesteday used same apple id on server , client,
today used different apple ids on server vs. client.
 

i'm reading forum , see caching server works little different.
not need download apps on server. need download on client, on client.

how can clear of cache?
