I have a question about the pick up

since preorder iphone 6, 16gb, able pick today sure havent been charged because charged when pick up. changed mind , want 64gb now, can wait in walk in line see if can 64gb , if do, can cancel pick order after that? if not, can still go pick line , 16gb. can that?
 

if plan on doing suggest should waiting in line already.... if not go , if cant 64gb have 16gb waiting you.
