iPhone 6 not recording HD

why iphone 6 not recording in hd? playback on phone looks fine when send video recorded via e-mail or through fb looks crap. there setting or i'm missing?
 

the iphone down samples video in emails , texts. facebook need select upload video in hd.

settings-->facebook-->settings-->toggle upload in hd on.
