iPhone Delete Photo Library without computer

hi,

i'm trying mum iphone, without free storage left. photo library takes phones storage , after googling can find have connect phone computer , use itunes empty library. problem computer broken , don't live nearby this.

so, question is: can delete photo library straight phone?? or can it, her, on air, itunes??

thankfull on in matter.
 

unfortunately there's not way prune photo library iphone itself. other thing consider if delete photo library deleting of pictures , videos. if doesn't have computer saved anywhere else? ok losing them?

if she's ok losing them, can go in , manually delete photos , videos 1 @ time, that's not solution take quite while if has lot. 1 thing might want concentrate on videos. videos take considerably more space photos, if has lot of videos, long ones, may able free enough space deleting handful of videos.

if she's ok losing entire photo library, following: backup phone icloud, turn off photos, photo library won't backed up. wipe phone , restore backup. when finishes restoring have of data without photo library. kind of pain, easiest way wipe entire photo library without computer. again, though, needs aware lose photos , videos in process.
