Mid '10 MacBook Pro - NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M Glitch?

has else had problem graphics seems 'glitch' every , again? managed grab screenie, held couple of seconds opposed few milliseconds.

applecare has expired, it's real pain in ass i'm not sure of how apple deal (it must hardware problem?)
in uk have 6 years claim against manufacturing defect, think might covered , fixed quickly?
