Remote access to specific applications

hi guys,

not sure if correct section post query in apologies if not.....

i'm wondering if there way/piece of software out there let me give access applications on imac remote user?

know remote desktop apps such logmein etc want allow access , use specific apps.essentially want give employee works home access 1 or 2 apps on machine without allowing free reign apps/files on system.

suggestions?
