What is the deal with the Cinema Display Refresh?

i'm sorry has been frustrating waiting on next cinema display come out. way overdue. i've been patiently waiting. know many figured see 1 new mac pro again @ wwdc still no word. seems strange. other companies out 4k displays, can figure can't produce them @ price point happy profit margin.

other ideas why?

i believe apple looking release new thunderbolt display wants offer best panel , waiting production of them in retina or retina+ resolution.
