Could Apple announce UK iTunes Radio today?

just little thought, apple said they'd adding more countries itunes radio soon. i'd love apple announce ios 8 adds support itunes radio in uk. fantastic update, since it's been year since itunes radio in , 7 months since launched in australia.

seems apple missing out on huge market, i'm surprised haven't sorted streaming negotiations yet.
 

hopefully... given how greedy idiots in charge of music i'm sure they'll keep dragging things out more.

don't see why need "negotiate" each country... if america paying x amount every country should pay equivalent in country.
