iCloud Photo Library ate all my cloud storage.

i had icloud photo library enabled on iphone, camera roll of 1.5 gb. have backup 2.2 gb, includes camera roll. don't understand why has redundancy this.

wanted disable icloud photo library regain space, none of space recovered on icloud. have 2.2 gb backup 1.1 gb free on icloud 5 gb plan. ton of space being taken non-functioning photo library.

try re-enable icloud photo syncing tells me there's not enough space.

i'm stuck without photo syncing , have lost more gig of icloud space. else have problem? solutions?

did see beta 2's release notes "the ability automatically optimize device space not enabled in beta", doesn't seem mean icloud storage.
 

i had same issue. icloud library not @ working on beta 2. had restore beta 1, setup new device , enable icloud library , delete in manually. restored backup.
