iPad 4 shows black wallpaper for a second

hi,

in last few days i've noticed strange behaviour on ipad 4: when open case (which has magnet), screen turns on , black fraction of second, , shows image properly. turning ipad off , on didn't help.

i'm running ios 7.1.1 on ipad 4 16gb wifi.

please let me know if you're familiar issue.
