Mailbox App and iOS 8 Notifications

hello all.

since have updated ios 8 new mail in mailbox have go app , swipe down. not sure happen. have had background apps turned off , still gotten notifications mailbox.

ideas?
 

i have background app enabled, , mailbox.app notifications.
