OSX and passwords

hello.
have macbook pro fv2 enabled , efi password enabled.
having long (hard) pass fv2 , short practical password admin user.
when reboot, don't mind taping long pass unlock machine, don't taping long pass each time have screen saver on.
want explore possibilities, 3 different passwords, 2 different password, or 1 pass 3 services.
options have?
