Apple's Website Does Not Allow Cancellations

i wonder why apple's website not allow cancellations? considering phone lines, think @ least cancel via web?

plus order, 3-4 weeks, won't let me cancel online.

think able cancel it? phone customer service team able cancel think, or have return should decide against it?
 

can still cancel 6 plus , delivery oct 1-6
