Xcode 6 GM is broken

hi!

i'm running osx yosemite dev preview 7 (the latest atm) , downloaded xcode 6 gm seed , installed. although when try launch alert pops , says "xcode broken , can not opened".

have tried rebooting computer, re-installing software multiple times still happens.

knows , how fix it?
 

maybe doesn't work under yosemite? need yosemite run xcode 6?
