Can't Talk right now text feature?

hey guys, looking feature added in ios 6 believe....basically, when getting call busy, press 1 button , call automatically ended , text sent directly person predefined text message.

asking because still running ios 5 (jailbroken) many reasons don't have feature great have , don't see why 3rd party app available through cydia example wouldn't able give me functionality?

doesn't matter if paid free. have tried bitesms people have said might have tested today , doesn't. upgrading newer ios not option either.
