Keyboard issues

i have new macbook pro, work computer, 2 months old, , first time user on mac... , never go back... long can fix these problems anyways.

wireless keyboard works fine, mac's keyboard has weird issues:
random letters stop working... close notebook , let sit, open it, works once , stops working again. other times, letters, u, c, or maybe stop working , a box pops letter different symbols ' ^ ~ on letters language options... today powered down computer , restarted ... letters worked fine enter/return button stopped working... gives space , letter 'g'.
guys have ideas fix this? don't think it's hardware...

also, if shut screen , don't give 15 seconds rest , open it, screen dark curser showing, normal?

heard these supposed best... 350 $ pc didn't seem have such annoying problems $3500 macbook.

 

random keys not working age / dirt, on such new machine go apple , have them check it, seems wasn't assembled properly.

black screen common error on macbook pros, see myself sometimes, wait out , hope software update fix it, it's definately software (no issue in windows, , mention cursor there , moveable) use piece of software (caffein) avoid go sleep along, though it's not solution work-around.
