Transfering ph contact to iPad. How?

i want transfer phone contact iphone 4 ipad mini. searched , read forum using bump fastest. search app store can't find. btw, forum 2 yrs ago.

heard itune can job tedious way. what's best way transfer?

do mean transfer 1 contact or of them?

if want move 1 contact, go contacts open one. and, @ bottom of contact tap share contact, use message or mail send yourself. when contact arrives on other device open it, go bottom, , tap create new contact.

if want transfer contacts can use icloud sync contacts across both devices. open settings->icloud. make sure logged in apple id turn on contacts. same both devices.

can sync contacts mac computer using itunes. open itunes plug in iphone , select iphone, click on info tab , turn on sync contacts and, click sync button in lower right. same ipad.
