Carrier [AT&T] Under contract, but eligible for Next. Is there an ETF if I "upgrade" early?

i still under two-year contract at&t iphone 5 isn't until end of november (of year), at&t website says i'm eligible "next" upgrade @ $0 down.

know if incur etf or other type of fee if upgrade line iphone 6 via next program before current iphone 5 contract date technically up?
