Charging iPad mini

it's nice know charging ipad overnight no harm. find plug quite cold in morning though has no electricity running through it. charged 100% 99%. know why is.
 

once reaches 100% stops charging, not overcharge it. technology allows drain around 4% before start charging again if left on charger while, overnight. prevents damage battery , keeps electrons moving around in there.
