Constant RPM of 6000 fine?

hello

play games guildwars 2 , when graphics on 1600x1050 fan @ 6k rpm whole time play. damage laptop or if have high of rpm hours each day?

that's not good.
6000 rpm bearings (if fan use them) normal condition. mac goes high ventilation state because hot, , heat never thing laptops.
