iPhone 6 won't sync music properly

when first synced new iphone 6 noticed every time tried play song on it, wouldn't play , give me "stop" symbol if downloaded, never was.

songs synced purchased itunes songs.

tried wiping music phone , resyncing it, itunes calculates it's going add many gigs of music when sync it, sync takes 10 seconds , 250mb of songs added.
