MBP 15" - buy now or wait?

hi. i'm noob mac. bought 13" mid-tier 1 found screen small.

so, i'm thinking of buying late 2013 mbp 15" (refurbished):

2.3ghz cpu
16gb of 1600mhz ddr3l sdram 512gb flash storage
intel iris pro graphics , nvidia geforce gt 750m

16gb of ram expand lifespan of notebook - want laptop last @ least 4 years w/o major slow down.

i'm expecting see new lineup of mbp in september or octorber. refurbished products' prices drop dramatically when new ones come out? if so, how much?

i'm curious if geforce gt 750m powerful enough run games diablo iii , upcoming civilization in fall (both support mac natively). might use external 1080 fhd monitor these since native retina display's resolution seems high discrete cpu handle 3d games.

know know....mac not gaming, light games those....
may have experts' kind advice please?

thank you.

good machine. late 2013 rmbps have pci-e ssds. applecare on because it's expensive if goes wrong. not sure refurb prices when new model released, if can education prices (are student or know one?) brand-new mac can have more competitive prices refurb models.

gt750m decent mid-end gpu laptop. have bear in mind graphics performance os x games depend on whether or not it's native, quality of port, , things that. bootcamp may best option you'll better gaming performance through windows.
