MBP Slow/Choppy streaming. Need Help

i need of fellow apple friends...

on sundays i'm streaming nfl football games website. while there times when quality hd , smooth, there more times lags. ideas can increase quality? or information can provide examine problems?

model: mb991ll/a 2.53ghz/250/2x2g/geforce 9400m w/256mb of ddr3 sdram

probably not machine

if intermittent down servers streaming being overloaded excess traffic, highly on sports game. same happens popular program's on bbc iplayer in uk.
