11" loose hinge?

hi, i've bought 11" air today , i'm worried hinge loose. doesn't seem holding it's angle , old pro stiffer.

has else had issue?
 

if doesn't hold angle have set defective. mbp has floppy hinge after couple of years of use , seems pretty common these machines, new 1 should absolutely hold angle have set.

wish apple tighten these things free after warranty.
