New emails ask me if I want to add sender to contacts--Disable?

when emails new person in mail.app, little dropdown @ top of email asks me if want add person contacts.

possible disable that? never want add them contacts, dropdown waste of space , effort.
 

i've gotten number of times , ignored , @ 1 point decided dismiss it using 1 of options provides, , after doing couple or times haven't seen while now.
