QuickTime 7

hi all,

before installing new operating system os x, free quicktime version installed on mac allow me screen record.

however, since updating os x, qt quicktime 7, , screen record says have upgrade pro, paying $30.

why apple forcing me pay once free??

can please want screen record , not have pay it, , want upload screen records imovie used to.

if recording in qt7 prior updating, had qt7 pro...which should have carried on (it has me, on several updated os x's).

genius bar? or call apple? if had pro, should able put in username/password , have again...
