please ignore question, dupeguru want.
if can't find easy way software, , if project important enough, may have scanning images yourself. suck.
there may way make easier though.
trial version of lightroom. 30 days, no restrictions. , free 30 days of course. import images - using whatever file organization you've managed cobble together. in other words, if you've started sort images folders, import entire folder. (let lightroom create , use it's real folders year/month/day.) keyword folder using keywords identify folder, more importantly - keyword content , important details of images. without knowing images it's hard suggest examples.... e.g., may identify there horses, pine trees, , sky in of these.
getting keywords important, think want use.
- filter (i.e. - search) on keywords. can combine them if want to. instead of gazzillion images browse have smaller subset browse. duplicates pop out @ you. flag them - , filter on flag. looking @ duplicates. there ways sort size (i believe) , date etc. pick 1 want keep, delete rest. mark colour label. later you'll learn how exclude colour label in initial search won't ever looking @ ones you've processed already. unless need to, check see if missed clearing image.
tedious, think make job manageable you.
