Upgrades for business suggestion

hi have been mac users 13 years. it(no education) manager catering company. use our 2009 imac contracts, inventory, , personal use since it's home based business. our current mac used 3 people. here's issue business expanding rapidly causing imac slow down considerably. need more memory looked @ upgrading internal memory there none imac. suggest? new mac, extended hard drive , raid current computer.
 

what mean "we need more memory looked @ upgrading internal memory there none imac"? have maximum amount of ram particular model?
