Early 2008 Mac Pro won't boot though there is a chime

my mac pro decided morning not boot. worked last night.

there's chime when turn on computer doesn't boot.

boot drive consists of 2 striped ssds on sonnet tempo. have removed card , tried booting backup snow leopard ssd (also in computer) no joy. have connected snow leopard ssd macbook verify fine, is.

screen doesn't come on either. have connected screen macbook , works. have changed gfx card (original nvidia card) slot without improvement.

have reset pram no avail, , checked little 2032 battery ok, is.

1. have moved ram sticks around, tried 2 @ time, without improvement. made me wonder if ram risers faulty how can tell that? 4 red leds light briefly upon boot on both risers. thought sign "on" , working - or sign faulty?

2. , odd -- wacom trackpad seems not work, regardless if plug in in front usb, rear usb or acd's usb. works when connect macbook. and, weirdly, usb ports appear fine because power external hard drive.

3. guess gfx card broken - there way connect mac pro macbook (late 2013 mbpr) check computer ok?

can't open dvd drive boot dvd , computer doesn't react keyboard commands during boot, such startup manager or recovery system.

i'm having similar problem 2006 mac pro. noticed, however, you're not getting video? perhaps graphics card issue?
