No named mount point or "repair disc" option after Lion install.

(looking @ disk utility "mount point")

of other drives lion freshly installed list (in blue) 'volumes' first, , name of hard drive after it.

however, hd4 has blue slash, , blue slash still locates hard drive in finder. name of hard drive gone disk utility.

other inconsistency disk utility greys out 'repair disk' hd4

know what's going on or how should change this?


reason can think when installed lion hd4, drive erased first.
