15" retina: noisy right fan!

the rght side fan on 15" noisy. having removed base, , turned on, can see both spin instantly, 1 silent, while other makes loud whirring noise. i've restored os, tried pram , smc reset, , neither have worked. i've installed istat , left fan actualy reading 150rpm more right (left 2160, right 2010) right noisy!

know why be? i'd expect if they're both spinning @ same rpm noise should similar?
 

not sure why right side noisy. on 15 retina left spins @ around 2160, whilst right around 2000.
