my phone has been stuck @ prepairing shipping since sunday have received bill serial number no tracking number

has 1 ordered apple canada received tracking number
 

same here, ordered @ 4:40am nl time. processing until sunday , stuck on preparing ship ever since. got sn, cc has been charged, , invoice. bet our phones in canada !
