iWatch Watch plus BP and BG

any idea when iwatch released? has locked in given cook rollout.

... idea if blood pressure and/or blood glucose can read watch? downloaded buggy/glitchy/inoperable bp app uses sound/hr generate pseudo pressure measurement. must have body fat microphones pick heart stroke .. cause not work ... ... if can done on iphone sound/beat done iwatch if has both light , microphone sensors. i've read few articles on blood glucose pseudo measurements based on light absorption ... seems tech not accurate yet ... fda pitch fit if people started calculating insulin shots based on light measurements vice pin pricks. guys me ... if apple can use existing schema iwatch measure bg , bp i'd pay twice price!
