Loose Key Problem

hey everyone,

got macbook pro retina 13 2-3 weeks ago extended 3 year warranty etc , noticed when picked other day there small rattle. shook round trying find source of rattle, seemed keep changing etc. found when held keys didnt rattle 99% sure found problem.

getting annoying typing when rattly. can apple me in situation. im sure friends macbook doesnt have loose keys! dont type hard on keys im sure not self damage

if you're in 14 day return window, exchange it, otherwise call/visit apple , see can do. may exchange or send in repair.
