MacBook won't shut down, no apps work!

hey guys, here's situation:

can't open of applications (except finder). bounce minute , nothing. tried opening activity monitor , task manager (cmd+opt+esc) nothing happens!

when move mouse top right bar, becomes spinning wheel/beach ball. time/date/battery haven't changed since problem began yesterday.

finally, can't turn off mac. when press button minute, nothing happens.

help, first post here :)
