What are the differences between these models?

so, have not been following mac-related news while since haven't had buy new mac in ages. however, time might close if return school in august (which am).

needing notebook, , tempted go base model macbook air 11" education discount:

however, considering base model macbook air 11" refurbished:

but, confused . . .

1) same model?

difference can see refurbished model being 1.3ghz dual-core intel core i5 , new model being 1.4ghz dual-core intel core i5.

2) big difference in processing power?

3) there other differences missing?

refurbished model says version june 2013.

4) release date new (non-refurbished) 11" base model air linked to?

no, they're not same. if add mac shopping cart, can see model number, helps in identifying model is. refurb has different model number, identifying refurb.
