Where is the iCloud Drive app?

-

on apples homepage see different folders, pdfs, .pages, .numbers , other files on iphone , ipad.

have dragged lot of folder different content icloud drive in yosemite.

can see , work them on icloud.com not on ios devices.

come later yosemite official release?
 

it new document picker. there no app. when want import document, or make new one, comes up.

has been asked many times before.
