iPhone IOS 8 Cannot Copy and App from iTunes to iPhone

i new ios. have iphone 5s has been updated ios 8. use long complicated password security , iphone set require password download app store. when using ios 7 download app itunes on pc. iphone connected used drag , drop app , install on iphone. ios 8 doesn't seem work anymore. seems if it's going nothing happens.

can me particular problem, have done searching can't find else having same problem.

when phone connected computer itunes open.....
click on phone on left column.
click on apps tab.
check apps want added.
sync.
