iPhone Screen Record

hi all

have mid 2012 mac , iphone 5! (wish new iphone 6 plus, thats story :mad:)

im trying screen capture on iphone, every time click record nothing happens.

ive selected phone record device, , seems not want record. has else had issue?

 

no problems here.
